Check the good and bad of the negative pressure switch must first observe whether the gas pipe has oil stains and gasoline outflow, followed by

Check the tubing.

If there is a problem with the negative pressure switch, the idle speed will be uneven, the adjustment of the mixing ratio will not be effective, and the refueling card will lag.

Not smooth and other problems

(2) Once there is oil in the negative pressure tube of the scooter, it means that the fuel tank switch is damaged, and the gasoline will be sucked into the cylinder directly from the suction tube through the interface on the intake pipe, which will cause the mixture to be too thick, increase the fuel consumption of the car, the hot car is weak, the exhaust pipe gives off black smoke, the engine temperature rises and the sound is dull, etc., and the severe case will also cause the flooding cylinder to make the engine unable to start. So the negative pressure switch of the scooter is easy to break.

(3) Motorcycle fuel tank switch is broken, how to repair the oil

The scooter uses the negative pressure type oil tank switch, the engine does not work when the oil tank does not produce oil, the oil tank switch will automatically cut off oil after extinguishing. Check that the oil tank is not faulty, you can pull off the suction tube of the oil tank switch, suck it and then see whether the oil pipe is out, if there is no oil, you should check whether the oil tank switch is blocked or damaged, whether the filter screen of the oil tank switch is blocked, whether the oil tank cap is not ventilated to form a vacuum in the oil tank, etc. If the suction tube of the oil tank switch leaks, it means that the suction tube leaks. Just replace it. A leak in the suction line will keep the oil out.
