2 The new car should be well run in

Although the inner surface of the cylinder block is very bright when it is produced from the manufacturer, it is still uneven from the microscopic point of view, and the difference between the convex and convex is still 0.1-0.2μm, and the raised part is vulnerable to damage. In order to avoid dry friction, be sure to ensure that the engine is in good lubrication when running.


On the one hand, always check the oil pressure and oil scale to avoid using the motorcycle in the absence of lubricating oil; On the other hand, it should be noted that the lubricating oil should have the appropriate viscosity, so that it can adhere to the surface of the cylinder and piston well, in order to form liquid friction. The viscosity of lubricating oil is related to temperature, and different viscosity lubricating oil should be used in different seasons.


According to the API international standard classification, the summer should use SD grade SAE10W-40 lubricating oil; Use SD-grade SAE10W-30 lubricating oil in winter. According to the national standard of our country, the winter uses 6 gasoline engine oil, spring, autumn is 10, and summer is 15.




4 The air entering the cylinder should be clean

The air entering the cylinder from the air filter, if it contains more dust or tiny sand particles, will rapidly increase the wear of the inner surface of the cylinder like abrasive, so be sure to make the air entering the cylinder very clean. On the one hand, the dust in the air filter should be removed regularly (about 1000km), and the filter core should be replaced if necessary; On the other hand, it is necessary to regularly check the sealing of the joint of the air filter to avoid unclean air entering the cylinder without the filter heart. In order to improve the filtration effect, the paper core filter can add a thin layer of foam sponge outside the filter core, and the foam sponge must be cleaned with water once a day to avoid blocking.
