underlubrication

For some vehicles that burn oil or lack lubricating oil, it is easy to accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, because its working environment is harsh, near the combustion chamber, the temperature is very high, fresh air and unevaporated fuel erosion and dilution, aggravate the deterioration of the upper conditions, so that the cylinder is in a dry friction or semi-dry friction state, if insufficient lubrication may accelerate its wear.

Air filter aging

As an air filter, it is mainly to filter out some impurities in the air, such as dust and sand, etc., so as to reduce the wear of the cylinder, piston and piston ring parts, but when the air filter is aging or more dust, it will cause the filtration effect to be greatly deteriorated, thus accelerating the wear of the cylinder liner.

It has been operating at low temperature for a long time

As an engine, in the winter or the speed of the floor tile is often in the stage of low temperature operation, which is easy to lead to poor combustion, carbon accumulation from the upper cylinder liner began to spread, so that the upper cylinder liner has serious abrasive wear.

Cylinder liner improperly installed

When installing the cylinder liner, if there is an installation error, the cylinder center line and the crankshaft axis are not vertical, it will cause abnormal wear of the cylinder liner. In addition, when the connecting rod small head copper sleeve is hinged during the repair process, the reamer tilt causes the connecting rod copper sleeve hole to be skewed, and the center line of the piston pin is not parallel to the center line of the connecting rod small head, forcing the piston to tilt to one side of the cylinder liner, which will also cause abnormal wear of the cylinder liner. The bending deformation of the crankshaft connecting rod can also cause the wear of the accelerating cylinder liner.
