4. Fuel can not be supplied normally


This situation is that you will feel a lack of power before stopping and gradually drop, and then gradually stop automatically.


At this time, check whether there is oil in the carburetor if you are sure that there is oil in the tank.


If there is no oil, it means that the oil circuit from the tank to the carburetor is blocked and should be cleaned and dredged.


If the carburetor has oil and cannot be started, check whether the carburetor oil filter is blocked and whether there is dirt in the main measuring hole.


If it can be started, it can not be done, indicating that there is a fault in a certain part of the fuel system and not found, and the pipeline of the oil supply system must be thoroughly dredged. Otherwise, it is possible that the fault of the engine automatic stalling will appear again.


5, the engine temperature is too high


High temperature, poor lubrication, so that the piston and cylinder bite, will also lead to flame out.


The signs before stalling are a gradual decrease in power at first and then a sudden stop.


After diagnosis, first check whether there is lubricating oil in the crankcase, if the lubricating oil is not much or no, you should check whether the oil pan or the oil drain plug is leaking oil, find out the problem after treatment, and then add enough specified lubricating oil.


If it is not the problem of oil leakage, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil is excessive, and the lubricating oil should be added or replaced in time.



6, the clutch or other parts are stuck


When the screw on the clutch support disc is not tightened, the insurance punch riveting point is not properly punched, and the insurance effect is not achieved, the screw is more and more loose in the engine operation, so that the screw head is against the transmission countershaft bearing cover plate, and the clutch is stuck and cannot turn, resulting in sudden stop.


In this case, first remove the transmission, depending on the loosening of the clutch and then remove.


When the transmission gear is broken, its debris catches the transmission, or the transmission chain is loose and stuck at the main shaft sprocket, it will cause a sudden stop.


Therefore, when the engine suddenly fails, we should first find out the problem and then eliminate it one by one.



7. The circuit is faulty


Automatic shutdown caused by sudden circuit outage, the engine will not have any abnormality before sudden stop.


Causes of sudden engine power failure, generally appear on the line, such as joint loose, wire cut off, short circuit and so on.


For example, if the ignition coil is bad, it may be that the ignition coil connector is loose and the fire is broken. Each connector should be checked, and the oil should be removed, the clamping force of the connector and the seat should be increased, and the contact strength should be increased to ensure the contact stability.


The trigger coil is not good, and the trigger coil lead joint is loose and the fire is broken. The welding strength of the lead wire should be strengthened to completely remove the hidden danger of false welding.
