The common causes of motorcycle starting jitter failure are:



The first case: poor lubrication between the moving disc and the fixed disc of the driven belt pulley of the motorcycle transmission system, so that the axial activity resistance of the moving disc increases, and the triangle belt can not be tightly clamped under the action of the spring with the fixed disc, so that the active belt pulley drags the driven belt pulley to rotate, the triangle belt is suddenly tight and light, resulting in sliding.



Not only does the triangular belt produce shaking flapping noise on the side cover of the transmission box, but when the centrifugal clutch is put into work, the power is transmitted to the rear wheel, resulting in the motorcycle starting shaking failure.



The second case: the chamfer at both ends of the clutch friction plate on the centrifugal clutch is too small, and after the motorcycle is driven for a period of time, the clutch friction plate is worn and the chamfer is lost.


When the centrifugal clutch is put into operation, the clutch friction plate overcomes the tension of the spring and engages with the clutch housing under the action of centrifugal force. Due to the loss of chamfering at both ends of the clutch friction plate, the clutch friction plate cannot be smoothly engaged when it is engaged with the clutch housing, and the power is transferred to the rear wheel, resulting in the motorcycle starting jitter failure.


The third scenario: The working surface of the clutch friction plate is contaminated with oil, some of the clutch grease is injected too much, the clutch in the work, the grease under the action of high temperature and centrifugal force, along the axial direction of the outflow, and then splash into the clutch shell and clutch friction plate and clutch shell will produce abnormal sliding, power transfer to the rear wheel, resulting in the motorcycle start shaking failure.


When eliminating the motorcycle start shaking fault, no matter what kind of cause caused, it is best to carry out a comprehensive inspection and maintenance to ensure that the motorcycle start shaking failure does not occur again.
